Every discipline designs in the same IFC model and hands it to the next - the sprinkler pipe network is still there when ventilation routes its ducts. Coordination is not a meeting at the end; it is geometry in the model, clash-checked at every step.

Why it can be trusted

The AI's power sits on top of a deterministic engine that owns every dimension and every code check. The AI proposes - the engine certifies.
Every dimension carries its derivation - which standard, which table, which measurement. Traceability is built in, not an afterthought.
If a measurement is uncertain by ±5 cm, the engine says so outright - not a confident yes. Trust is built from precision.
Structural matters go to the structural engineer, certification to the inspector, decisions to the authority. QVINTOS does not replace the professionals - it hands them an honest basis.

Does QVINTOS replace the engineer?
No. QVINTOS produces the engineering basis - the engineer reviews and certifies. That is a strength, not a disclaimer.
Are the numbers on this page real?
Yes. Every figure - element counts, run time, clashes - comes from an actual run of the engine on a demo model (7 storeys, 42 apartments), and you can see a real output sheet on the product page. The photography and the film are AI-generated and labelled as such; the numbers never are.
Where is our data stored?
