QVINTOS Design, Coordinate and Assist run on one platform. We build, own and keep developing them, and every customer licenses the same products, so improvements reach every customer.

Enterprise customers can have the products configured for their organization, connected to the formats and tools their teams already use, and implemented with our support, as set out in the agreement.
Construction does not lack data. It lacks a system that understands what the data means, and says what to do next.
What we hold to
Four principles.

Traceable by design. In QVINTOS Design, each placed object carries its source and status in the IFC model. In Coordinate, each finding states its method, its source and the QVINTOS OS rule it follows. AI in construction has to show its work, not just deliver an answer.

Built for professionals. We build for engineering consultancies, contractors and building services firms. That means precision over spectacle, and deliverables that hold up to review by a qualified engineer.

Honest about maturity. Sprinkler design, model review and Assist are in use today. The other modules are offered as a pilot until they have been proven on customer projects, and the site says so.

Your data stays yours. We own the software; the models and documents you bring in remain yours. Ownership of the results and configuration produced for you is described in the customer agreement.
