MEP design engine

Deterministic engines size seven building-services disciplines - sprinkler, ventilation, plumbing, heating, electrical, fire alarm, fire safety - to Swedish standards and author the documents. Proposals, reviewed and certified by licensed engineers.

Drawing analysis

AI reads plans, sections and elevations. Detects rooms, walls, windows and load-bearing elements from PDF or IFC - calibrated to the drawing’s scale.

Quantity takeoff

Counts gross and net areas, wall lengths, window and door counts and material quantities per element. Every figure traced to the source drawing.

Understand & govern

Reviews risk, drafts procurement, answers questions with a source and generates decision material - across the project’s entire documentation.
