Enterprise

Start with one team. Roll out to the organization.

QVINTOS is licensed software. Your teams adopt products that already exist, fit them into the workflows they already have, and expand as the results hold up on your own projects.

E-01RolloutFive phases

From a first model to the whole organization.

  1. 01

    Discover

    Your model

A first conversation takes 30 minutes. Bring an IFC model and see QVINTOS run on your own building, then pick the module that fits a live project.

  2. 02

    Pilot

    One team, one module

One module on a live project, judged on your own work. Modules marked Pilot can be tried here, on your project.

  3. 03

    Deploy

    Your organization

Your organization gets its own workspace, with users and roles. A separate installation is discussed per customer.

  4. 04

    Integrate

    Your tools

IFC in from your authoring tools; PDF, DXF, IFC and BCF out to the tools you already use.

  5. 05

    Expand

    More teams and lines

More teams on the same module, more disciplines, then another product line, with the same rules and configuration.

Fits the tools you already use.

QVINTOS reads the formats your teams already exchange and returns files their own tools open. Nothing else is claimed as an integration.

Sign-in: a separate installation signs in through your organization’s Microsoft Entra ID.

Two ways to run it.

Both run in Sweden, with AI processed in the EU and no training on your data. Which one fits is decided with you.

Shared installation

QVINTOS as a service

  • Runs in Microsoft Azure, Sweden Central
  • Your organization’s workspace is isolated from other customers’ in the database
  • Sign-in with QVINTOS accounts, roles per organization

Separate installation

Your own QVINTOS installation

  • Its own database, storage, AI resources and keys, in Sweden Central
  • Sign-in through your organization’s Microsoft Entra ID
  • Discussed per customer

Questions we get

What IT, procurement and engineering ask first.

IT

Where is our data?
In Microsoft Azure, Sweden Central. The AI in our products is processed within the EU.
How do people sign in?
With QVINTOS accounts. In a separate installation, sign-in goes through your organization’s Microsoft Entra ID.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. An organization administrator can export a ZIP with the organization’s projects, document and model records, comments and issues, design and coordination runs, rule book, user list and sign-in log, together with its stored files.
Is QVINTOS certified?
No. Our information security management system is documented. QVINTOS is not certified.

Procurement

How is QVINTOS licensed?
As enterprise software. The agreement is shaped around the products and modules you select, who in your organization has access, the usage capacity you need and how you expect to expand.
What does it cost?
It depends on the team and the scope. We propose a set-up after the first conversation.
Who owns our data?
The models and documents you bring in remain yours, and QVINTOS owns the software. Ownership of the results and configurations produced for you is described in the customer agreement.
Is our data used to train AI?
No. QVINTOS does not use customer data to train AI models, and under Microsoft’s terms the Azure AI services we use do not either.

Engineering lead

What is ready today?
Sprinkler design, model review and both Assist modules are available. Ventilation, plumbing, heating, electrical, fire alarm and multi-model coordination are in pilot.
Who is responsible for the design?
The qualified engineer who reviews and signs it. QVINTOS marks every sheet as a proposal until then.
Can we try it on our own model?
Yes. Bring an IFC model to the demo and we run QVINTOS on your building.
Can we limit access per project?
Not yet. Roles are set per organization; permissions per individual project are not available yet.

Enterprise licensing

Licensed as enterprise software.

QVINTOS licenses its products to organizations as enterprise software. Each agreement is shaped with you around a few dimensions. They describe what an agreement covers, not a price list.

  • Products and modulesThe product lines and modules your organization selects, from one module on a live project upwards.
  • Organizational accessWhich teams and how many users work in QVINTOS.
  • Usage capacityThe volume of work the agreement is sized for.
  • Enterprise expansionHow more teams, disciplines and product lines are added over time.
  • Implementation and integrationConfiguration, integration and implementation support can be included in an enterprise agreement.

Prices, entitlements and terms are set in the agreement with you.
